Landry Loves the Outdoors!

Here are several random pictures of Landry playing outside. We can't wait for spring and summer so we can get out of the house. We have been so thankful for several nice days and being able to get out for some fresh air. I am happy because Landry can burn off some energy.

Brody's First Cereal

Well, the dreaded day finally arrived on December 29th ..... Brody's first bites of cereal. AAAHHHH! 5 months old already!!!

Even today he continues to be indifferent about cereal. The first few bites produce a, "What are you doing to me???" face and then he just eats. Doesn't seem to like it, but doesn't hate it either.

First Time Skating

We took Landry (and Kyler) skating on December 27th for the first time. Grammie bought the kids skates for Christmas and they were anxious to try them out. Landry loved it and was anxious to do it on her own.

I adore this picture. Brody loves to blow raspberries. I think it is so cute how his lips pucker. So hard to believe that he is 5-1/2 months old. It seems like yesterday.....

Landry had a great day. Brody slept through the opening of gifts at our house. They were both spoiled rotten by their Grandparents and Aunts. Landry is totally excited about the Santa's next visit. "Maybe Santa can bring me a ?????? tomorrow." I don't think she really understood Santa prior to seeing and opening all the gifts. Now she knows just what to ask for and how the whole 'process' works. It is quite difficult to explain to her that he does not return for a year - no concept of time. She cried when we took the tree down. "But it looks SO beautiful. I want it to be Christmas time again!!!"
